Certificate in Human Resource Management Examination – 1 Hour

The Certificate in Human Resource Studies is designed to introduce Human Resource Practitioners to the fundamentals of local employment laws in the Cayman Islands, as well as the basic theory of Human Resource Management. This program will form a good foundation for those who are new to the field of Human Resources or as a refresher for the more seasoned HR professional. It will further serve as an initial qualification for persons in the field of HR who do not have any appropriate qualifications.

The program will consist of four (4) modules /workshops, 2 of which are full day, and 2 of which are half day. Participants can opt to do individual courses or to complete the full program.
