A career measured by equal parts in public accounting and recruitment. William Koutney currently leads the financial services recruitment team, as well as the internal finance function, at CML. Since joining former CEO Steve McIntosh in 2015 the firm has grown from 14 members of staff to 31 and Will’s team has grown from (not so much a team) 1 to 6.

Will is a qualified US CPA and SHRM-SCP qualified.

Will aims to bring a commercial vision of HR to CISHRP and the HR function in Cayman as a whole. Namely, to lead change on HR being a driver of value and specifically how that impacts the top line revenue of our firms rather than as a cost
center only impacting the bottom line.
