William Koutney has eight years in public accounting (PwC and BDO) before transitioning to a career in financial recruitment at CML. At CML, he is responsible for leading the financial services recruitment practice, executive search, and directing company accounting and financial matters.

William is seeking to improve the value that CISHRP provides to its members by proposing wise spending initiatives such as scholarships for youth interested in HR, making globally recognized toolkits (SHRM)available to members for free use and bringing worldclass speakers to Cayman’s conference that can introduce both cutting-edge ideas and structured guidance on HR best practice.
