Valentine Ball started her career in hospitality and customer service working at various restaurants and companies such as RentalCars. com and the LEGO Group, she then found her passion for Human Resources in 2014.

After working for 4 years at Coca-Cola European Partners in London in HR and Continuous Improvement roles, she relocated to Grand Cayman in 2018 where she continued developing her HR skills with MUFG Investor Services.

Valentine is a SHRM-Certified Professional since 2019 and has since helped facilitate the SHRM knowledge exam preparation learning courses at ICCI.

To further her knowledge and passion for Continuous Improvement, Valentine passed her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2020.

Combining her background in continuous improvement and customer service along with her knowledge of HR, Valentine wishes to help bring together HR professionals of the Cayman Islands to meet, share best practices, knowledge and grow their network.
