With two decades of dedicated service within the Cayman Islands Government in diverse roles, Ryan Rajkumarsingh currently serves as the Deputy Chief Officer at the Portfolio of the Civil Service. Ryan is driven by a profound commitment to foster an environment where the passion and dedication of the staff converge towards service excellence.

Ryan’s professional background comprises qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Fraud Examiner, and a Human Resource Specialist. He has earned an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and Employee Engagement.

In addition to his current role, Ryan sits on the Board of the Cayman Islands Civil Service Credit Union as a Director, where he plays a vital role in the finance and audit committee. Over the years, he has held various positions on different Boards, including Trade and Business, Special Economic Zone, Liquor Licensing, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Ryan’s unwavering aspiration is to drive positive change within the HR profession, all while diligently representing the interests of CISHRP members.
