Phil Jackson is an accomplished HR Executive, whose career spans over 20 years industry experience in both private and public sectors. He is a results-oriented professional who focuses on quality, excellence, and client relationships. Phil is currently the Senior Vice President for a financial services firm where he is tasked with development and execution of HR Strategy, Leadership Development, and strengthening its corporate culture. He is a Leader & Visionary who has a track record of building high performance teams, and delivering results that consistently exceeds targets.

Phil holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, a Strategic HR Business Partner certification and is a AMA Certified Professional in Management.

He has a passion for professional development and transforming organizations. Phil has previously served on the Board of Directors and is excited to contribute again in a meaning way, for the CISHRP Members & the Cayman community.
