Hannah had the honor of being elected to the Board of Directors of the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resource Professionals (CISHRP). Being part of this Board has not only facilitated her personal and professional development but has also given her a unique opportunity to give back to the community, shaping the future of HR in the Cayman Islands and helping to foster a more inclusive and effective workplace environment across various industries. This experience has been both enriching and rewarding, providing me with invaluable insights and connections that will undoubtedly influence her career path for years to come.
Hannah began her HR journey at Nova Recruitment, where she was the first person to go through the Tomorrow’s HR Apprenticeship, a 24-month program geared towards young professionals looking to begin a career in Human Resources.
As the Co-Founder & Career Services Manager at Connect by Nova, she manages the day-to-day operations at Connect and provide a unique, dynamic, and fresh approach to deliver independent and impartial careers guidance on what to do about skills gaps to make sure that individuals are at their best in the current employment market.
