Speaker - Randy Conley
Randy co-authored the book, Simple Truths of Leadership: 52 Ways to Be a Servant Leader and Build Trust, and is a contributing author to three other books, including Leading at a Higher Level with Ken Blanchard. His award-winning Leading with Trust blog has influenced 4 million viewers and counting.
Since joining Blanchard in 1996, Randy has partnered with some of its largest clients in delivering transformative leadership and organizational development solutions.
Randy is a recognized authority in the fields of trust and leadership. Trust Across America gave him their Lifetime Achievement Award for being a top thought leader in trust; Inc.com named him a Top 100 Leadership Speaker & Thinker; and American Management Association included him in their list of Leaders to Watch in 2015.
As a popular keynote speaker, presenter, and trainer, Randy brings a sincere, authentic, witty, and genuine approach to the audiences he engages.
Speaker - Lisa Walden
As co-founder of Good Company Consulting, she’s delivered her message to organizations across the globe and strives to create deep mindset shifts that help people better collaborate, communicate, and prepare for the workplace of the future.
Lisa co-authored Managing Millennials for Dummies in 2017 with her cofounder and business partner Hannah Ubl. They recently released The Future of Work is Human, a book that takes a closer look at how the pandemic will forever change the way we work and lead.
Lisa’s presentations are part validation, part inspiration, and part tough-love. Never one to accept the concept of “because this is the way things have always been done,” she’s dedicated her career to asking “but why?” She loves distilling complex topics into easily digestible concepts, and offering audiences tactical tools they can put into action the very next day.
Speaker - Fiona McDougall
After working in large consulting, boutique consulting, and the public sector over a ten-year period, Fiona started her own business consulting practice in 2010 which grew rapidly and was subsequently acquired by Optimus SBR in 2012.
In 2014, Fiona co-founded Healthy Futures Ltd. in the Cayman Islands to provide evidence- informed strategy, operations, and workplace synergy services to organizations in the Cayman Islands, Canada, and the US. Fiona is also the Cabinet-appointed Chair of the Cayman Islands Mental Health Commission.
Fiona’s work in strategy, operations and corporate culture crosses the intersections of people, processes, information, and technology. Leveraging modern project management, collaboration, and AI technologies and tools, the Healthy Futures team helps organizations sustainably scale by empowering people, cultivating positive cultures, improving ways of working, and optimizing and automating processes and information flows.
Speaker - Minda Harts
She is a respected voice in advancing women of color, self-advocacy, and restoring trust at work. Minda frequently speaks at major conferences and companies, including Nike, Google, Disney, Best Buy, Dreamforce, and the Aspen Ideas Festival. As an NYU assistant professor, Minda shapes future leaders and empowers professionals.
Honored by LinkedIn as the #1 Top Voice for Equity in the Workplace in 2020 and by Business Insider as one of the top 100 People Transforming Business in 2022. Minda is currently working on a new book with Flatiron Books, focusing on the crucial topic of restoring trust in the workplace.
Speaker - Benjamin McCall
Sitting on boards, steering committees, and non-profit advisory roles, Benjamin is a current advocate for Workforce Development and Organizational Strategies that support emerging markets, business and employee development and industry awareness on future-ready workforce.
Benjamin’s work focuses on 4 areas: People Development, Strategic Planning and Execution, HR Practices, and Coaching. As a practitioner and coach his style balances guiding individuals to honestly clarify needs while being firm around the real work that needs to be addressed and to “Be BETTER” in their work and relationships.
Speaker - Rebecca Cox
Currently serving as the Global Director of Human Resources for LightPath Technologies Inc, a publicly traded tech manufacturing/engineering company in Orlando, Florida.
Rebecca has written several articles on leadership and sharing insights on effective leadership practices, and is also a subject matter expert on Emotional Intelligence, having undergone extensive training and research on the topic.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, is a certified SHRM-CP, and is currently pursuing a Juris Masters in Legal Risk and HR Compliance. Additionally, she is a Myers-Briggs certified practitioner, leveraging the framework to promote and teach emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
She is proud to have called Cayman home for five years and enjoys coming back whenever possible.
Speaker - Ravi Campbell
Ravi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of South Florida. He has also completed several professional development courses in leadership, project management, and emerging technologies. His expertise includes IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, business continuity, and digital transformation.
A driving passion for Ravi is developing the tech industry in Cayman and providing opportunities to young Caymanians interested in careers in IT.
Speaker - Monique Malcolm
Currently, as the Director of Human Capital Development in
the Portfolio of the Civil Service, Monique champions strategies that leverage technology to advance learning and organizational growth.
She is a chartered member of CIPD, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, a certified coach and has a Masters in Psychology with graduate work on how adults learn.
Monique is passionate about life-long learning and using talent development to unlock growth for individuals and organisations. She sees AI and digital tools as essential enablers that create new possibilities for talent development and the broader people profession.
Speaker - Savina Taylor
She is passionate about building the credibility of the Human Resources profession in the Cayman Islands and holds a BSc from Newcastle University, ACCA diploma in Accounting and Business and attained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2019.
She’s a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Cayman program, class of 2016 and served as Vice President Membership of the Grand Cayman Toastmasters Club year 2020/2021 successfully recruiting twenty-two new members to the club.
In her free time, Savina enjoys spending time with her one-year-old daughter Charlie.

When he’s not helping companies untangle the chaos of office politics or trying to figure out why your new AI system has turned into the terminator you can find Chris leading the corporate finance team for PwC. That’s right, corporate finance! Chris’ relationships with companies run so deep that he has become a trusted advisor in the sale and purchase of such companies and also has the ability to help companies raise capital.
Chris is living proof that you can survive in HR without losing your sense of humor (or your mind), and if you need someone to negotiate a merger or navigate the treacherous waters of compensation, he’s your guy. Just don’t ask him questions before the morning cup of tea has been had! With speaking credits including SHRM, Workhuman, HRCI, Tedx and being responsible for bringing DisruptHR to the Cayman Islands and more recently hosting DisruptHR London at the Royal Institution with Tim Sackett, we felt it time to bring Chris back to us.

Tim has over 20 years of combined executive HR and talent acquisition experience working for Fortune 500 companies. Tim is a highly sought-after international speaker on leadership, HR & TA Tech, talent acquisition, and HR execution. Tim is currently a Senior Faculty member with the Josh Bersin Academy. He is also an Angel investor and advisor and sits on multiple HR Technology corporate boards.
Tim is the author of the newly released book The Talent Fix, Vol. 2. He also writes daily on his blog, the Tim Sackett Project. In 2023, he was named a Top Global HR & Recruitment Influencer by HR Executive. He has more Twitter (X) followers than his 3 Gen Z sons and is sponsored on stage by diet Mt. Dew.
