Speaker - Randy Conley

Randy Conley is Vice President and Trust Practice Leader for Blanchard®. He is a co-author of Blanchard’s Building Trust training program and works with leaders and organizations around the globe helping them build and restore trust in the workplace.

Randy co-authored the book, Simple Truths of Leadership: 52 Ways to Be a Servant Leader and Build Trust, and is a contributing author to three other books, including Leading at a Higher Level with Ken Blanchard. Speaker - Lisa Walden

Lisa Walden is a speaker, author, and consultant dedicated to helping people create authentic, empowering workplaces that don’t inspire the dreaded Sunday scaries.

As co-founder of Good Company Consulting, she’s delivered her message to organizations across the globe and strives to create deep mindset shifts that help people better collaborate, communicate, and prepare for the workplace of the future.

Lisa co-authored Managing Millennials for Dummies in 2017 with her cofounder and business partner Hannah Ubl. They recently released The Future of Work is Human, a book that takes a closer look at how the pandemic will forever change the way we work and lead.

Lisa’s presentations are part validation, part inspiration, and part tough-love. Speaker - Fiona McDougall

Fiona McDougall is an executive-level business consultant with over twenty years’ experience in strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives for organizations who value healthy growth, positive cultures, and improving lives. She is passionate about helping companies develop multi-year strategies, optimize operations, and build resilient teams who make a positive impact in the workplace and the world. Fiona holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, an Honours BA from the University of Western Ontario.

After working in large consulting, boutique consulting, and the public sector over a ten-year period, Fiona started her own business consulting practice in 2010 which grew rapidly and was subsequently acquired by Optimus SBR in 2012.

Speaker - Benjamin McCall

Benjamin McCall is a Consultant, Speaker and practitioner in HR, DEI, Learning, Business and Organizational Performance serving organizations nationally. With FOCUS Consulting, he has partnered with Fortune 500’s from Financial Services, Education, Healthcare, Startup, Military Defense and Manufacturing across the nonprofit, private and public sectors.

Sitting on boards, steering committees, and non-profit advisory roles, Benjamin is a current advocate for Workforce Development and Organizational Strategies that support emerging markets, business and employee development and industry awareness on future-ready workforce.

Speaker - Rebecca Cox

Rebecca Cox is a highly accomplished Human Resources Executive with nearly a decade of experience leading and building sustainable workplace cultures in the Caribbean and global stage. Her expertise spans across various disciplines of HR, including employee relations, leadership coaching and development, performance management, talent management and compliance.

​Currently serving as the Global Director of Human Resources for LightPath Technologies Inc, a publicly traded tech manufacturing/engineering company in Orlando, Florida.

Rebecca has written several articles on leadership and sharing insights on effective leadership practices, and is also a subject matter expert on Emotional Intelligence, having undergone extensive training and research on the topic.

​Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, is a certified SHRM-CP, and is currently pursuing a Juris Masters in Legal Risk and HR Compliance. Additionally, she is a Myers-Briggs certified practitioner, leveraging the framework to promote and teach emotional intelligence and self-awareness.​

Speaker - Ravi Campbell

Ravi Campbell is an accomplished IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Since July 2020, he has served as the Vice President of IT for Dart Enterprises in the Cayman Islands, where he provides strategic oversight and management for all IT operations and leads a team of more than 30 technologists and project managers.

Ravi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of South Florida. He has also completed several professional development courses in leadership, project management, and emerging technologies. His expertise includes IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, business continuity, and digital transformation.

A driving passion for Ravi is developing the tech industry in Cayman and providing opportunities to young Caymanians interested in careers in IT.

Speaker - Monique Malcolm

Monique Malcolm has over 20 years of experience in senior strategic and talent development-related roles in organisations operating across Latin America & the Caribbean.

Currently, as the Director of Human Capital Development in
the Portfolio of the Civil Service, Monique champions strategies that leverage technology to advance learning and organizational growth.

She is a chartered member of CIPD, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, a certified coach and has a Masters in Psychology with graduate work on how adults learn.

Monique is passionate about life-long learning and using talent development to unlock growth for individuals and organisations. She sees AI and digital tools as essential enablers that create new possibilities for talent development and the broader people profession.

Speaker - Savina Taylor

Savina’s background is rooted in entrepreneurship, where she learnt the art of wearing many different hats when she started her small business in 2013.

She is passionate about building the credibility of the Human Resources profession in the Cayman Islands and holds a BSc from Newcastle University, ACCA diploma in Accounting and Business and attained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2019.

She’s a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Cayman program, class of 2016 and served as Vice President Membership of the Grand Cayman Toastmasters Club year 2020/2021 successfully recruiting twenty-two new members to the club.

In her free time, Savina enjoys spending time with her one-year-old daughter Charlie.

Speaker - Pieta Brown

Pieta leads the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) practice at Deloitte in the Caribbean and Bermuda region (Deloitte CBC). Her skillset draws on more than 10 years of experience growing data science/machine learning capability and delivering large-scale projects for public and private sector organisations. Pieta’s expertise spans the full AI lifecycle, from building AI literacy and identifying opportunities through strategy development, technology implementation and governance. Prior to joining Deloitte CBC, Pieta was AI & Data Director for Deloitte New Zealand, based in Auckland.

Speaker - Chris Bailey

Most of you are familiar with the wonderful, Chris Bailey, past president of CISHRP! With a career spanning back to the mystical era of Y2K, Chris has seen it all – from paper resumes to emojis in job applications.

When he’s not helping companies untangle the chaos of office politics or trying to figure out why your new AI system has turned into the terminator you can find Chris leading the corporate finance team for PwC. That’s right, corporate finance! Chris’ relationships with companies run so deep that he has become a trusted advisor in the sale and purchase of such companies and also has the ability to help companies raise capital.

Chris is living proof that you can survive in HR without losing your sense of humor (or your mind), and if you need someone to negotiate a merger or navigate the treacherous waters of compensation, he’s your guy. Just don’t ask him questions before the morning cup of tea has been had!
