CISHRP Annual Conference

As the largest gathering of HR Professionals in the Cayman Islands, the CISHRP Annual Conference delivered yet another unforgettable experience where attendees had the opportunity to learn, grow and network with their peers. Attendees had the opportunity to listen to renowned international speakers and local speakers, where they learned from each other during educational sessions, networking breaks and closing reception.
The 2023 conference was designed to benefit HR Professionals from all businesses and all industries across the Cayman Islands. This 2023 theme was “H.U.M.A.N.”, where the topics covered how HR professionals are heroes, united, mindful, authentic, and nurturing.

Jennifer McClure is a keynote speaker, business leader, and future of work strategist who has spent her career helping leaders and organizations to unleash the potential of their people and accelerate business results. As the CEO of Unbridled Talent, she is a sought-after global keynote speaker, and has delivered presentations at some of the world’s most prestigious companies, conferences, and events.
Helen Carriere is the Director of HR Consulting with McConnell HR Consulting Inc. in Ottawa, Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Business Administration and Psychology. She has completed the Advanced Compensation Studies Certificate program at Cornell University. She holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in Canada.

Olwyn Downey has worked in the financial and professional services sector as a Head of HR over the last 20 years. She has applied her interest and academic background in occupational psychology while supporting businesses implement appropriate people strategies. She has a passion for talent development and building positive and respectful work environments that embrace diversity, inclusivity and equality.
Adam Barker is currently employed as an Organisation Design and pay specialist by the Cayman Islands Government (CIG). In this capacity Adam works directly with Ministerial and Departmental colleagues helping to improve organization and job design.
Tim Sackett, SHRM-SCP is the CEO of HRUTech.com a leading technical recruiting firm. Tim has over 20 plus years of combined Executive HR and Talent Acquisition experience, working for Fortune 500 companies and he has his master’s degree in HR Management. Tim is a highly sought-after international speaker on leadership, HR &TA Tech, talent acquisition and HR execution. Tim is currently a Senior Faculty member with the Josh Bersin Academy.
Dallas Dralle, M.S., LLMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been practicing in Grand Cayman for the past several years. Working from an integrated, collaborative, strengths-based approach in therapy, she draws from multiple disciplines to match her client’s individual needs. Dallas is passionate about helping her clients find and harness their inner strengths and resources to live happier lives and improve their general sense of well-being.
Emma Graham-Taylor is an HR Professional with more than 25 years experience in general management, across a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, cruise, legal and financial services. She decided to specialise in HR in her forties and obtained her Masters in HR with distinction at the ancient age of 45. Most recently Emma was the Practice Manager and HR Manager at Ogier, a global offshore law firm with over 200 employees here in Cayman.
Doug Soares is CEO of Bermuda and Cayman-based HR and Payroll services firm Expertise Group, a company he founded in 1999. Jennifer Moseley is a highly skilled Marketing and Operations Manager with a wealth of experience in the offshore talent acquisition industry. She has spent the majority of her career working for CML Offshore Recruitment and Nova Recruitment, where she worked for many years as a recruiter before transitioning to marketing within the firms.
Jen Skinner is a Partner with over 20 years of global experience in the field of Human Resources, both in the Cayman Islands and in Canada. She is the regional Talent/Human Resources Leader for Deloitte in the Caribbean and Bermuda Countries, and a subject matter expert within the Human Capital Consulting practice.
Cindy Blekaitis is the Programme Manager of the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for the last 10 years.
Mr. Franz Manderson began his journey in the civil service in 1981 as an hourly paid worker with the Immigration Department, where he rose through the ranks to become Chief Immigration Officer in July 2004.
