Valentine Ball
President
After working for Coca-Cola European Partners in London in HR and Continuous Improvement roles, she relocated to Grand Cayman where she continued developing her HR skills with MUFG Investor Services.
Combining her background in continuous improvement and customer service along with her knowledge of HR, Valentine wishes to help bring together HR professionals of the Cayman Islands to meet, share best practices, knowledge and grow their network.

Hannah Foreman
Vice President
She holds a Bachelor in Fine Art from Sheffield Hallam University and a REC Level 3 Certification in Recruitment Practice.
Hannah also completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2015 and teaches hot yoga part time at Bliss Yoga Cayman. Hannah has a passion for helping people and fulfills this passion in her professional and personal life.

Ryan Rajkumarsingh
Director
I am a Chartered Accountant by training as well as a Fraud Examiner and a Human Resource Professional. I have an MBA specializing in HR and employee engagement. I have spent over 19 years with the Cayman Islands Government in various capacities.
I have been involved with several Boards including Trade and Business, Liquor Licensing, Special Economic Zone and the Institute of Internal Auditors and now with the Cayman Islands Civil Service Credit Union.
I believe I have the experience and expertise to make a difference with our HR profession. I will strive to do my very best and will always have the member’s interest at heart.

Hannah Jackson
Director
With over five years’ experience in the recruitment space at CML & Nova Recruitment, Hannah most recently co-founded the career-focused non-profit organisation, Connect by Nova in 2020 to provide free career development and training resources to the local Cayman community.
In 2022, Hannah joined the CML Legal Recruitment team where she focuses on the placement of attorneys and legal support professionals across the Cayman Islands, BVI, Jersey, Guernsey, and Bermuda. Hannah has built strong relationships with the leading law firms and works closely with the legal teams to match companies with top talent.
Hannah also oversees the day-to-day operations of Connect by Nova working closely with the public sector, private sector and educational institutions ensuring Connect deliver a unique, dynamic, and fresh approach to providing independent and impartial careers guidance on what to do about skills gaps, programme development and the employment market.
Hannah received her Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and has served on the Board of Directors for the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals since 2020.

Meagan McKenna
Director
Meagan also holds her AHRI certification IV in Human Resources Management and a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences-Psychology.

Phil Jackson
Director
Phil holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, a Strategic HR Business Partner certification and is a AMA Certified Professional in Management.
He has a passion for professional development and transforming organizations. Phil has previously served on the Board of Directors and is excited to contribute again in a meaning way, for the CISHRP Members & the Cayman community.

William Koutney
Treasurer
Will is a qualified US CPA and SHRM-SCP qualified.
Will aims to bring a commercial vision of HR to CISHRP and the HR function in Cayman as a whole. Namely, to lead change on HR as a center of leadership, business excellence and as a driver of revenue through talent management.

Gianna Bodden
Secretary
Gianna holds a Masters in Human Resource Management & Organizational Analysis, holds a AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification and HCI Strategic HR Business Partner Certification.
Gianna was the recipient of the CISHRP David Bodden scholarship in 2010 and she is excited to serve as a Board Member and give back to the CISHRP Society.
