8th Annual Top Employer & 3rd Annual CAHRE Awards

The Top Employer Awards is open to any private, public, and non-profit organizations who wish to be recognized as a leading business in Cayman. We look for interesting employers, both large and small, with innovative programs to attract and retain talented employees. While no employer offers every perk and benefits we ask about in this application, we seek the best workplace practices.

Our award recognizes organizations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and organization culture. At the heart of our definition of a ‘Top Employer’ is a place where employees “trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with”.

CISHRP created its annual CAHRE Awards to provide a forum for the Cayman Islands organizations of any size, private or public sector, to promote best HR practices and directly demonstrate how effective HR can contribute to the success of their organizations.  It is also a chance to showcase the remarkable work of our HR professionals on the island, demonstrating best practice in improving the quality of work and employee engagement.
